I contacted my senator's office this morning - filled the privacy release form, etc.; and the office forwarded me me the email from USCIS this afternoon - you giys did a great job yesterday in coordinating the transmission of fax/email - I am very pleased.

hahahaha even though the national average is 7.4 months, they insist they are working on Feb 12, 2013 TODAY not as of Sept 30th and I can't submit a service request.( even though I did make a good arguement) But she did say... Don't worry honey, you're getting close !! They are only 2 months behind ! ! !

I wanted to tell her I can read the computer screen to but it wasn't worth the arguement.

GRRRRR

The only good thing is... we all knew they weren't really working on OCT 2012. That date was so far out there... maybe they are doing something similar... Going a little bit beyond to cover their butts once again.. We can only hope.

March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

Hi guys, I know there are lots of topics and posts as of late on here about faxes and emails, but I'm wondering what else can be done to help bring some eyes to our petitions. I got my noa1 on May 15, which is "only" about 6 months ago. Is there anything I can do to try and get my petition moved along?

On November 20, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

May 10, 2013 : Priority Date
May 14, 2013 : NOA 1
Nov 20, 2013 : Received text/email status update that case transfered to other office
Nov 21, 2013 : Received text/email status update that case transfered to local office

Nobody insulted you. Read the comments again to be sure.

Anyway, April filers started receiving transfer notices just as the last of the March filers got theirs. This seems a little bit quicker, for whatever reason. Maybe they really will pick up the pace.

07/29/2014 - NOA1

11/19/2014 - Transfer to TSC

12/19/2014 - NOA2

01/15/2014 - NVC Received (TSC held it for 3 weeks...)

02/19/2014 - Case no. and IIN assigned; requested embassy change

02/27/2014 - DS-261 available and submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS available and paid

03/19/2014 - AOS mailed

03/27/2014 - AOS entered into system

03/24/2014 - New case no. assigned

03/25/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

03/28/2014 - IV package sent via FedEx

04/26/2014 - case complete

I just got the same message saying my file had been transferred. I would like to think that this is a good thing and that our fax blitz did some good.Dealing with USCIS for 6 months I have learned to reserve my optimism as they could be just shuffling files to make it look like they are moving forward. I will only believe that piece of paper with the words NOA 2 on it. This whole thing has been like dealing with dishonest contractors.
