Dont attack her, like us, she is just desperate to make her case approve really fast. When she saw someone posted that he applied for his case to expedite because of thypoon happened in the philippines, she didnt think of immorality, ethics, she just think of her case, her husband, herself. But pls try to understand everyone here. We all want our case to be approve..the soonest. Anyway she didnt reply anymore so I think she knew she was wrong. Anyway even we are not from the place being affected with the thypoon..we are all griefing for what had happened to our fellow filipinos. And dont worry even if she apply to expedite her case, USCIS might be lazy but not stupid to give approval if the applicant is not from the place affected, peace everyone, just smile, december is our month...fingers crossed

We're all in a rush to get our cases processed, but that is a really poor excuse for a lapse in judgment. If anything, she should have thought of the further delay to the expedite requests of those that have really been affected by the typhoon.

Jeeze, maybe I should ask for an expedite.... Do you think the lazy USCIS employees will realize my husband lives in Costa Rica, Not the Phillipines???

If you aren't affected by a natural disaster, why would you even think of asking to be expedited because of it???

OH, and by the way.... incase you haven't noticed, WE ALL WANT OUR CASES APPROVED REALLY FAST...... duh...

Chill..I dont have a plan to expedite my case because im not from affected place and I dont want to screwed my application...its better if we will be nice to each other..

After reading the USCIS announcement on relief measures for Typhoon Haiyan victims (http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-reminds-filipino-nationals-impacted-typhoon-haiyan-available-immigration-relief-measures), I submitted an expedite request on Friday.

Maybe you want to chill out. We all want our petitions approved ... But to ask if you can expedite just because you are from the Phillipines.( not from the affected area)... shame shame....

Well, the adjudication rate of our fellow transferred March filers is way too slow. As of now, they're just getting through a few percent each week. At this rate, they will complete March in three to five months. Unless they will handle cases at the the service centers and the NBC, be ready for a longer wait. They need to pick the pace up to something like 25% each week if you only want to wait two more months.

She just said, that K-1's processing dates are starting to line up with CR-1's. Earlier, no, but anyone recently that has been putting in K-1, will expect a much longer wait now. She only said this, when I asked her why so many other Visas are getting processed so quickly... She stopped me in the middle of my sentence to say that it wouldn't be much quicker now. Cause now the backlog of CR-1's is catching up. She said that lately, the average processing times from Spring time filers (March, April, May) is about 11 months. I wasn't showing any disrespect, but I felt I had a point in asking what was the deal... I was with my wife for almost a year, and we even lived together for over 7 months... The first person I saw every morning, and the last person I saw at night... Every day... And now, the person I talk to every morning, every break, every lunch, and every night, sometimes more, EVERY DAY. So why now I have to wait over a year to be with when others are doing it in just 3-4 months TOTAL without even half as much contact. It really blows my mind... And angers the heart.

Uscis processing time for NBC I-130 for US citizen has now been updated last month it was October 1,2012 now it's October 2.2012 r they joking??? Like reaaaaalllyyy!????
