When we got message that our case has been transferred thats the time we can expect the approval after a weeks..like what is happening now to Feb and March filers receiving approvals lately.

This is interesting. Can you provide us with the full message please? Did you request an expedite by any chance? Give us more details about your case.

My case never was transferred and I was approved on October 23rd. I am a May filer. Just stay on them and don't give up. We pay too much money for our families to join us. Call your congress person call them EVERY week. Basically get on their nerves like they are getting your nerves and something should happen. If you sit and do nothing it makes their job much easier to just take your money. Make them work for that paycheck.... I was border line harrassing them (a joke) hey it worked. smile.png Good Luck, stay strong, and have faith.

Petitioner made another service request today. Those of you, who have made many service requests already, how long did you wait until making another one?

IR1 took 520 days....

Yes I did but still not sure if that is what made my case get approved as I put in my request back in August and i didn't receive my approval until October 23rd. Expedites usually get approved or denied within 14 days (so they say) so to me it doesn't sound like my petition was approved per expedite.

Hello Everyone,

I just got off the phone with USCIS and I am very confused, maybe someone can help me.

I called in august to inquire about my case and I was told that it was in Missouri. I asked when was it transferred because the letter I got came from Kansas. So after awhile of being on hold, the agent told me that it was in Kansas, then in Missouri, and now back to Kansas. I thought this was weird but I just let it go. So now I call back today and the agent on the phone tells me that my case is in Missouri. So I asked her the same question, when was it transferred, and she does not see that information, but tells me that I should have gotten a letter, which I never received. She then told me that right now applications are taking 1 year, and they are processing October 2012. I asked to be transferred to a tier 2. The tier 2 officer was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She told me that my case was in Lincoln, Nebraska. I asked why have I been given different responses regarding the location of my case and she told me she does not know, and sarcastically said I should call the two agents I spoke to and ask them myself. Then I told her I did not get a letter regarding my case being in Lincoln, Nebraska. And she said she did not know why and if I was done, do I have any more questions, all the while talking very rude to me. I told her please calm down and be polite and she got even more upset and told me, since you have no other questions have a good day and I told her wait and she did not care and said by Mrs. XXXX and hanged up on me. I called back again and spoke to another agent, who apparently could not give me the information of where is my case, but told me to report the incident with the Tier 2 and gave me the information of where to report it. So now I am very confused, I do not know where is my case. I do not know if these people were lying about the location and just assumed all the applications go to the same place. Or if my case has been transferred around and I did not get notified. What should I do? I know I am going to call back again tomorrow, but in reality they are not helpful at all. Please can someone help me. thank you.
