Yes after a certain number of days they force you to reset your password, happened to me last week too (for the second time).

Thanks to the several of you who posted answers for my question. I was finally able to get in to the site by changing my password. Still nothing but "Initial Review". But I guess i feel better that I can at least see that.

Made plans and reservations to go see my wife in Brazil for Christmas and New Year's. I originally had hoped she would have a shot to come near the end of the year, but that sure looks like it has a snowball's chance in H*ll of happening. Well, she's studying for the Brazilian Bar exam now so she's busy with that and she can't take the second part until about February so she wouldn't have been able to come here to live permanently until after that anyway.

Thanks for the help. This is my second go around with this process. I brought a gal from Brazil here on a K-1 years ago, unfortunately that marriage only lasted 6 1/2 years.

Ambassador of the US in Warsaw - Stephen Mull said that the processing time for USCIS is not extended, it's normal and takes 6-12 months.

Where did tou get that news?omg is that rrue?if that the case .thank God

Still six to twelve months is a long time just to approve the I-130....hope to get back to the three or four month process that was happening not so long ago...

Does he knows that there's big difference between 6 & 12!

Embassies have nothing to do with USICS processing times.

What does he know..

Even still, what a vague and crappy answer. 6-12 months, pffft.

Every single day of waiting is an agony. We're 5 months 1 day in this process. Almost 15 months of being legally married, but 21 months since our christian wedding (this is the date that matters to us, but not to the government). Our second anniversary is coming and it seems things are not going to be too different sad.png
