Hi, I'm another May 2013 I-130 petitioner (NOA1 received May 17).

I talked with a USCIS tier-2 officer yesterday to update my address.

I asked him to estimate how much longer I need to wait for a decision on the petition: "Two to four more months."

It looks like my wife and baby boy won't make it in time for the holidays.cray5ol.gif

Yeah, I'll be waiting for my son or daughter too and will know how you feel. They'll be able to walk and talk by the time my wife's visa gets issued.

Did you get a CRBA? If so, do you mind me sending you a PM with questions? We'll be attempting to get one in April. More stress I don't need...:(

Yes, I got a CRBA (plus the passport and social security card) right after he was born. It was a walk in the park compared to this I-130 mess.

well....expedite approved end of August and September came and is already gone. Shouldn't we start hearing of approvals by now. Somebody get approved...Pleassssssssssse I need some good news :-(

WASTED A YEAR FIGHTING THE DENIEL

My priority date is May 17th. I put in my expedite request on august 15 due to upcoming surgery. Still nothing I spoke to my congress person two weeks ago. Uscis responded stating they were working on my case. Congress person told me to call back two weeks if I don't receive an response. Well, I still haven't received a answer. I called congress person again today and they are sending a email for update. This is terrible but I'm gonna stay proactive.
