Yes it is.....I wonder how long before we hear or see something. I have been checking the status online 5 to 7 times a day.

6/21/2013 -Married in Stockholm, Sweden 4/16/2014- Case received at NVC

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

Oops I just checked the I-797C to confirm and it's actually Lee's Summit, MO not Overland Park.

Sounds like some of the early May filers were sent to Lee's Summit still. My priority date is May 15 but shows the Overland Park address on my NOA1 hard copy.

Mine is overland also and my priority date is May 17. I spoke to tier 2 yesterday and she said that the website is not correct (duh). My file have been touched a few times already. Waiting to see about my expedite request now.

Hi all,

if USCIS will need something from us while touching I130 that is called RFE (request for evidence)? If all is ok, then it might happen that we dont need RFE?

If I 130 is approved in USCIS then it is moved to NVC and they should let us know by email? (we subscribed on USCIS website) Here should my husband, pettitioner, send his confirmation about his income (payslips? if so then for how many months?) and paid taxes (last 3 years?) and anything else? In NVC it takes around month?

Will NVC send our petition to lets say Slovak embassy, where I come from and there I go for interview? All i need to bring there is my medical check and birth certificate & passport and that should be it? (any fees or pics?)

Thank you guys for advise, just we wanna be sure.

Seems that there are already some March's approvements and very few from April dancin5hr.gif and none so far from May fillers. Hope that May approvements will start sooner than we expect yes.gif

i believe NBC/MSC = Lee Summit +/- Overland Park....

June filer poking my head in to say I have an MSC number but am at Overland Park. Did you check your I-797? As far as I know that's the only place that will tell you if you're in Missouri or Kansas. I haven't seen any June filer yet whose petition went to Missouri.

My I130 went to Overland Park (May 12). I also filed an I129f (in hopes of a K3 visa) which went to Lee's Summit (June 3). Hard to know why the difference and what it means, and where my I130 is at right now. I am very curious, maybe I should call!

Hi everyone my name is jessie a male and i am sure alot of you are struggling like me mannnnn i love my wife n misss her i am very confused on all of this because i moved from rahway nj to elizabeth nj and its still the same county n my local office is newark nj but will me changing my address affect my process? N does anyone at all have some good news i applied may 28 for my spouse she is in the dominican republic
