Hello everybody .

What should I do after getting my invoice number , should I wait NVC to send me The Affidavit of Support , or I have to download it from Uscis website ??

Hello , I got an email from NVC , asking me to fill DS-261 from ..

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to designate an agent by completing form DS-261 (Online Choice of Address and Agent). Upon receipt of the DS-261, we will send instructions for paying the immigrant visa application fee. All future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-261.

Hello , I got an email from NVC , asking me to fill DS-261 from ..

I'm on the same boat with you :'( this is so crazy!

I know right this is COMPLETELY crazy & not fair in ANY WAY! I even had a d's revive request put in on March 10th.. 15 days will b over on March 25, than I'll email tsc I guess.......

But all this is completely unbelievable!!

Above is last response from USCIS to me. No idea, hopeless, frustrate, mad.....:(

I wanted to share some with May filer. Please be on top of your documents. I got approved on January 15th. Nvc have not gotten my documents. I was transfert to Texas center. They didnt send my documents to nvc . I hâve to stil deal with freaking Uscis Alain to send my document. They made me lost 2 freaking month, and the moment i dont know where my documents are, i told to tiers 2 and they cant tell me if my documents was sent or have Ben sent. I am sharing that with u. After the 30 days Of approval please call Uscis to find out if they sent your documents to nvc . Make sûre that they confirmed that to you. I am really frustrated , but we are all in the same boat. When I thought that I was done with freaking uscis I have to check and sure that they sent my documents. That's what I am freaking deal with at the moment. So I wanted to share my experience with u. Good luck on the new approval. Please to forget what I wrote .they don't care about how long you ve away from your wife or husband. They just don't care.

I received the response from Senator today by mail. That is a letter from NSC response to Senator on Mar 20. The funny thing is that the same resolution (background check clearance) but difference answer. Let see

- NSC response on my inquiry : Wait another 90 days

- SCOPSSCATA response on my inquiry : Wait another 60 days

- USCIS response to Senator : Wait another 30 days

Haha, the next is USCIS response to God : Wait another N days :)
