The purpose of a real timeline is to build up statistics data for more accurate approval estimates. So it would really help other members if more people filled theirs in.

My name is Ryan Pelfrey and I am a Constituent Services Representative with Senator Johnny Isaksons office. I assist Charles Spry in our office with the immigration issues Johnnys constituents are facing. We received your email from earlier today requesting an update. We have made the inquiry and have not received a response at this time. As soon as we receive an update we will make the information available to you. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Don't expect it comes this week because only one day left. But next week is really hopefully

My I-130 has been approved!!!!! my NOA1 is may 22 2013, application was transfered jan 03 2014. it seems to be moving but very slowly. Hang in there guys.

Got approved yesterday! Received a RFE on Valentine's Day, but responded to it in 2 weeks... I sent it in, and it got approved in about a week! So fast! They wanted to make sure our marriage was legit apparently... USCIS changes the rules after they start to process your petition, and then end up sending out RFE like it's YOUR fault your missing something, or you weren't thorough enough... Whatever. They even sent my wife's J-1 Waiver to us too. turns out they mailed it to the wrong address, and claimed they were at fault. Things couldn't be better!!!

The RFE was accepted yesterday....Took a little longer than expected but well within our time frame to respond. In two months it will be one year since we filed. I just keep thinking there will be a day soon when I will go to the airport to finally hug my husband I havent been able to hold in over a year.

I have received my invoice id number and my case number from National Visa Center after waiting 2 months . They asked me to pay online 88$ to the Affidavit of Support form and I did .idea9dv.gif
