My husband filed our petition in May and received our NOA1 on May 13th for I-130 and NOA1 for I-129F K3 on May 30th. On Dec. 23rd we received notice that our case had been transferred, received and being processed. The letter, as I understand everyone received stated that they would contact us within 60 days with a decision or for more information.

It is now beyond the 60 days and we are not sure what to do.

I am now in the US visiting.

filed I130 in May 2013, and received NOA1 first week of May. Many months later, in 1st week of December 2013, we recieved a transfer notice (Nebraska Service Center) 3 times. We also received a 60-day 'supplemental' notice of USCIS delays. It is now clearly well past 60 days.

We called USCIS , tier 1 support which was a horrifying experience. When I stated that we were past the 60 day notice, the lady on the phone insisted that it was just a piece of paper which is just for "OUR REFERENCE". She said that currently NSC is processing Applications from December and that I should just wait. devil.gif

We were told that we should realise that sometimes it takes upto an year for these 'things' to be approved. She refused to create a support ticket or transfer the call to tier 2 support. Also Contacted senators office, but Im being told that USCIS has not responded to them yet.(10 business days so far). How long should we wait...its ridiculous.ClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif

We were told the same thing as well. My wife finally put a service request in on the website, and quoting what the letter said. We have to wait up until March 14th to hear an answer. I know a trick my wife did was she called USCIS one time and said "Oh sorry, I was connected to a tier 2 but was disconnected on the line, can you put me back through" and the tier 1 just put her back in the queue. Our senator also sent us an e-mail back stating they haven't heard back from USCIS and they are still attempting to get a response from them. I think they're just ignoring every little detail now or just can't find our case and can't be bothered to look in the massive of boxes they have...
