same boat, mid may filed, dec 11 transferred to NSC, nothing.

I tried to submit a request online but it says the receipt number is incorrect some routing issue, even though it is the correct number, google search shows it's a bug in uscis system.

USCIS is just terrible, especially considering the amount of $$ we paid to get this done.

Not sure what else to do but wait...

I have never been so livid in my entire life... got a RFE... I don't know what they want yet, said the letter was mailed out yesterday. I've asked my lawyer but he is busy atm.

As a side note what else do they want other than marriage certificates, evidence of trips together, 10 of thousands of emails, evidence of me paying for her schooling, evidence of her visiting here, 100's of wedding photos... seriously just what do they want and please tell me we get an answer after sending more evidence back? Its not another 9 month wait I honestly don't know what I'll do.

You hired a lawyer and you still got an RFE????

You should get some of your money back from the lawyer (depending on what the RFE says).

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

Yes, and translated twice. Once from a Russian service in Russia. And once again here in the States.

I've already been in touch and he is shocked as well. I was under the impression they received immediate notifications? He has to wait till the letter arrives as well.
