I will be updating my timeline soon, I have been out of the States for a couple of months but I am returning in a few days I though calling in would help but it looks like they will just give me an excuse and no accurate info. My I-130 was recieved May 20th, and transfered to TSC on Dec, 13th. Hopefully they start approving cases for Texas soon.

My wife called USCIS today as it kept telling her receipt number was invalid for a service request on the website, as she called and gave the guy the receipt number, he kept telling her that it was within processing times. no0pb.gifno0pb.gif She kept telling him that she was originally at NBC but they transferred the case to Texas in December. He kept reading her the NBC processing times for NBC when she was telling him "I'm at Texas, and it's within 60 days of the transfer, and I'm putting a service request in" mad.gif. He then proceeded saying he cannot put a service request in for Texas, as the receipt goes by MSC, and the system won't allow him to because it's within processing times, and her receipt number doesn't match TSC's receipt numbers.. "You have to wait until they get in contact with you", he kept saying. huh.png

Useless information.. headbonk.gif

We have contacted our senator over two weeks ago, and still not response back from them. Never got contact back from our other senator or congressmen.. what should we do? Don't think we can do an info-pass due to her being out of the country.
