I am so happy, Our I130 application was approved on Feb 14.

Post Decision Activity

On February 14, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice.....

My priority date is May 17, and the application was transferred to the Nebraska center on Dec 12. Now I am just waiting for the letter to see what my next step is.

Congratulations! :) Good luck at the NVC.. I'm waiting for that day :)!

There is someone who is RFEing all the applications that are coming to him... 5 or 6 back to back msc numbers are getting that rfe.. my msc number is 20 away from them..hope i dont get him sad.png... or someone like him for my interview sad.png

I think a lot of them do rfe's when they feel it's 'required' who all knows, I think it depends on the officer if they see if its needed or not, but who knows how USCIS people work! dry.png

I would just have what you think would be needed ready just in case, I know my wife has a 'back up' copy or certified original in one big folder just so if it comes and she gets it she can just send it right away. content.gif Quite sad really, as she has all the documents and such ready for NVC and we're not even there yet!

I am a May 8, 2013 I-130 filer. I just called USCIS and spoke with a tier 2 person for the fourth time. I was transferred to TSC on December 5, 2013. Received another transfer notice for February 12. He told me I was probably going to be called in for an interview. I know that is not true because I am the petitioner. He couldn't even tell me if an immigration officer had my file. Aren't we suppose to be able to get some information from Tier 2 after waiting on hold forever? Or is that typical?

The USCIS just updated their timelines to Dec 31 from Nov 30.

Congratulations to the approvals, and good luck to the rest!

Last month it seemed like there was a lot of action right after the numbers were updated!

Ok, great thanks for your response I appreciate it!

We submitted on May 16, 2013.

They updated the processing times today on the USCIS website, but they are still two months behind on what the actual figures are... Nebraska has been getting a lot of approvals lately, but they are the slowest service center as a lot of people were not getting any approvals from there while others were.

Depends how fast their workers are going! Hopefully you'll hear something soon smile.png.

Ok, great, well thanks very much for the information, and hope you hear something soon as well, best of luck!!

Hi there, I filed and was transferred to the Texas Center on exactly the same dates, so weird that you received another transfer notice, what did that one say? Transferred to where? Just curious...

I'm not familiar with the Tier 2, etc, I just don't bother calling anymore because they don't tell me anything, just waiting until something happens after the transfer date in December, then I will call again. Again curious to hear where you are being transferred to with that second notice of 2/14, keep us posted and good luck!!

My case was transfered to the TSC on Dec, 13th have not heard anything at all. Has anyone recieved an approval recently from the Texas center?

Our case was transferred about the same time to Texas no word yet, there are some other posters here as well who are waiting, when did you initially send in your I-130, just curious I don't see your timeline. Good luck!

I will be updating my timeline soon, I have been out of the States for a couple of months but I am returning in a few days I though calling in would help but it looks like they will just give me an excuse and no accurate info. My I-130 was recieved May 20th, and transfered to TSC on Dec, 13th. Hopefully they start approving cases for Texas soon.
