my pd june 24 and I was transfer to nsc december 30

thos makes me think that nsc is working on early december transfers

Early to mid-December transfers.

I hope they will get to us by end of February then!!!! I was transferred early January (2nd January)

11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

After 76 days of transferred to Nebraska (nov,22) nothing heard yet.

My husband filled an expedite and this is their response:

Our PD was May 3, Transferred to NSC on December 5th. Approved on February 6th. Glad to finally be able to move to the next step.

Good luck to all of you. It took us 9 months and 1 day to get to this point. No RFE either. I had not sent my wife's birth certificate and I noticed some people got an RFE for that even though it is not requested on the I-130 instructions.

PD May 3, transferred to NSC on Dec 5

That's our PD, and transfer date to Nebraska. No news yet. I hope for an approval this week.

On February 6, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

does anybody knows which documents they are asking for ?

Yeah, Mine got to the NVC, we hired an attorney last week to make sure nothing gets messed up in the last leg. Waiting for the instructions packet to get here so we can get the police certificate. And the IV application bill isn't payable yet. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.
