yesssss im checking my case every day more than 50 times and it says the same thing that my case transfrred to my uscis local field office on January 23.2014

my wife called the uscis and they told her to wait a notice in the mail , and pshhhhhhhhh we didnt get it yet,

please help me to figure it out , i so appreciate ur help

We got an email from nebraska .. please anybody knows what does that mean ? our PD is 3 may and transferd at 3 december ..

Our letter was pretty basic, although we tried to make it more "human" than a formal letter to a Senator should be. Here was the main content of each paragraph :

1st paragraph : presentation , reasons why we were writing

2nd par. : sum up of the situation (waiting time, backlog, expectations)

3rd par. : personal lines about our situation and how the USCIS process affect us on our day to day lives (nb/ we do not match any expedite criteria)

4th par. : inquiry - we were pretty straightforward; we told them we were not interested in receiving another update of the status of our case... but wanted for them to take action. We told them we believed they were our best chance in order to make sure our application got looked at in a timely manner.

Last paragraph : thanks and contact infos.

Just received a text message that our I-130 was approved this morning!!! 61st day after transfer!!! Glad we can move to the next step!!

were you transferred to Nebrask BS Center? and what is your PD? Thanks for the info
