I'm seeing June and July filers getting approved from TSC. I've been trying to be positive, but COME ON!

Its just so crazy, July filers have been approved super rapid, CSC or TSC, both have been flying. Which proves TSC can do it!!

Sign the petition to ask President Obama to give U.S. Citizens I-130 and I-129 proper priority.

Link:

https://petitions.wh...iority/FxWZpJFF

The petition reads as follows:

"We petition the Obama administration to:

Give US Citizen I-130 & I-129F Petitions Proper Priority

Currently, US citizens are waiting in excess of 10 months for their I-130 and I-129F petitions to be adjudicated, due to a backlog of over 400,000 cases. Asking the spouses, parents, and children of aliens to wait to see their loved ones, while illegal immigrants are quickly granted legal status, is unacceptable and unlawful, as the Immigration and Naturalization Act mandates US authorities to give first priority to the immediate family members of US citizens.

The USCIS must give priority to the applications for legal entry to the spouses, children, and fiance(e)s of US citizens. The USCIS must dictate that each month it will adjudicate a certain percentage of US citizen relative and fiance(e) petitions, as this is the priority which the law demands these petitioners be given."

Hey guys,

Not to dampen spirits but the 60 day mark doesn't mean much. We were transferred on Dec 5th to NSC and my wife called last week. As we were approaching the 60 day mark they agreed to look into it early for us and respond via letter.

Our records show that your petition is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay.”

Not really worth the paper it's written on. From Thursday my wife is going to call them more regularly; we're going to approach the Senator again and send letters/emails to numerous USCIS management and government officials.

Would I be right in making the rough calculation that there are 500,000 pending I130's nationally x $420.00 = $210,000,000 revenue?

I agree and have the same feeling that the "60 day" mark does not mean sh$#%.

We are at their mercy and there isn't a thing we can do about it!!!!

My suggestion is call your senator's office, and ask them to put an inquiry.

I am 100% sure that my senator's inquiry did make a difference.

Your NOA-2 will happen soon, insha'Allah.
