After the 3rd notice of transfer, we got approval about after 2 to 3 weeks. You are on your way. Good luck!

Yes, exactly the same. Right after the 3rd notice we finally got the approval. I can't remember exactly how many days but I am sure it was around 2 to 3 weeks.

I think it depends on where they transferred it to. You will get a notice in the mail telling you where they transferred. Mine was sent to NSC on 30 Dec and it still hasn't been approved. They said to wait 60 days but again CSC is approving faster than NSC...check your mailed notice to see where they sent it. Best of luck!

ATTENTION: The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) has a new email address for public inquiries. The new email address is NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov. Please use the new email address when submitting your inquiry and/or replying to a response from NSC. Thank you.

Good Afternoon:

Thank you for contacting the Nebraska Service Center National Customer Service Follow Up e-mail account (NSC NCSC). Please except our apology for the delay in responding to your e-mail below.

USCIS records show your constituent’s I-130 petition was transferred from the Missouri Service Center (NBC) on December 3, 2013. The Nebraska Service Center received the petition on December 4, 2013. Processing of I-130 petitions at Nebraska is approximately five months from the date we receive the petition. The constituent’s petition is currently with an officer to be reviewed. They should receive a decision or notice of other action once their case is adjudicated.

If they have not heard anything within two months, please inquire again and we will search to see why their I-130 petition has not been completed. I hope that this information will be of assistance to you. At this time I am closing your inquiry on this matter.

Regards

My PD is May 17th. Transfered to TSC Dec 13. My 60 day mark is Feb 13. Not counting on it! I've been seeing June and July filers transfered to TSC after me and approved! What's worse is that many filers before me are still waiting. I read these forums and check my status almost everyday. It's getting old. Good luck May filers!
