I see that they approved both your I130 as well as your I129. That is great! Congratulations!!

We also filed both an I130 as well as an I129. Our I130 has been approved December 13 and a week later we received a hard copy mail that our I129 has been cancelled because the I130 had now been approved. Which seemed pretty pointless to me because our lawyer says it is still 4 to 5 months from now before the final consulate interview and based on the I129 I at least could have stayed in the US until this time. Very inconsistent that they grant one application and cancel the other...

Yes, they approved them both at the same time. But I think someone from April got a message last week or so, saying that NVC sent the approved I-129F to the consulate before paying the fees for the I-130, (she/he didn't know what to do), so I don't what's going to happen with mine.

On January 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

We got approved today, finally!!!

We are regular applicants, no expedites or DCF. We did get an RFE on Dec 18 but replied quickly.

Transferred to CSC from NBC.

We got transferred nov22 to Nebraska. My husband got the letter saying 60 days and even tho it's not 60 days yet my husband call them yesterday and it's said we still wait another few months :( I'm really loosing my mind

Ignore what USCIS customer support say, especially tier one - the only information they have is what you can see on the USCIS website for yourself, and as we all know, that is both out of date and incorrect.

The 60 day threshold takes precedence once you've been transferred, regardless of what the official statistics for processing I130s are at the service center you've been transferred to. If it takes longer than 60 days, you are entitled to receive detailed information about your case and find out why its taking so long.

I am sure there are filers on this thread that are still not transferred or those that got approved without transfer....Hoping to investigate and see what cases that stay at NBC have in common especially when everyone else seems to be getting transferred, left right center.... This is for months of Feb, March, April, May, June, July for now that have had active regular transfers for all...not just certain exceptions such as Philippine beneficiary. We can add August and after months once it's established that they are seeing regular active transfers as well. 2/5/2014- Email/Txt I130 approved and notice mailed.

2/21/2014-Letter sent to request conversion for old I485 from employment to marriage with copy of I485 receipt and I130 approval
03/19/2014 - Service request to check on conversion request status.
04/04/2014 - Service request status through mail stating request received for conversion and file being prepared for transfer to local office.
04/08/2014 - I485 updated to "transferred to local office"
04/12/2014 - Received transfer notice in mail stating file transferred from Nebraska to NBC Lee Summit, Montana (so disappointed as I thought it was at local office now).
04/14/2014- emailed Nebraska and scopscata to see what's going on with file due to conflicting info I've gotten and NBC doesn't even show processing I485.
04/14/2014- Got response from scopscata saying will look into email, forward to resolution team.
04/14/2014- I485 updated to "485 was transferred and is now being processed at USCIS office"
04/25/2014- Text message and case update online "testing and interview" stage.
05/06/2014- Text message and case update online with interview date of June 11, 2014.
06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.

We are still waiting for ours ,PD May'01 and our case was transferred to Nebraska from NBC on Dec 4th . I have been seeing people get A# changed just before they get approval , in our case we saw this message way back in June ? .Is this irrelevant , when you get your A # assigned ?

^^ I agree, ridiculous is the word. Also it's so frustrating to see people getting approved left and right, people who sent their application way later. But, at the same time I'm happy that they at least have a chance to move on with their lives. The rest of us are stuck.
