It is been 30 days today that my documents have been transferred . They said on the notice that I should get a decision within 60 days. Now 30 days left . The time is running on their side. It is been 8 months also that they received my documents. Now let's see what kind of excuse they gonna use when the time run out. I wish good luck to everyone in the same situation as mine.

We called USCIS once again to inquire about case, they said our case was touched December 24th and is waiting to be assigned to someone. Also, the person said that our case was transferred to NSC because we made a service request (we did) and are filing from abroad. Bit of a useless call, felt kinda like they were just babbling nonsense at USCIS again, but oh well. Hope we all get approvals soon!

IR1 took 520 days....

Hi all

when I checked my case status I found it in the post decision activities with the following message

"On December 30, 2013, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you"

I think it is a transfer notice but different. any one had a similar message

Our case was transferred to CSC on December 17th 2013. On December 19th we received the same status update. Our case was approved on December 24th. Don't worry! They are working on your case.

Just call USCIS and speak to tier 2. They will let you know what's going on.

Good luck!
