i am almost in the same situation BUT my fiance and i have been together for 5 years and we have a daughter together. my name is on the birth certificate of my daughter and she is enrolled in DEERS and TRICARE with me being in the military. although her citizenship was denied due to the fact that i was not presently in the u.s 2 years before her birthdate and after my age of 14.

my question is how do i bring my daughter with my fiance at the same time with the fiance petition (k-1)?

i have registered my daughter on the CRBA

my fiance and i have held off on our k-1 visa due to trying to fix my daughters citizenship issues 1st with all our efforts failed we were told that she would be able to accompany my fiance with the k-1 visa.

i also did list my daughters name on the fiance petition.

any advice or wisdom will be highly appreciated thanks!!
