Hi everyone,

It's been 11 days since i emailed DS-3032 and haven't heard back

Can i send second email to NVC or better just to keep waiting for them to accept it and invoice IV fee?

i have read somewhere that the subject line should be different than the first email's subject line can anybody tell me what should i write in subject line in case sending second email ?

We recentley received our IV invoice and it took 13 business days. By looking at other timelines, I saw that 10-15 days turnaround was normal unfortunately. I called NVC several times after business day 5 and had been told that 10 business days is the normal processing time. So when it reached 12 days, I called NVC and asked to speak to a supervisor. She was very rude and told me I'd see the invoice in 3-5 days. The next day the invoice came in my email. So it might pay to call and ask for a supervisor. But I'm not sure that's the reason it came the next day.

thank you kevin and laura for sharing your experience with me, Cases are different from one to another , some it tooks them 1 week ,or 10 days and more ,some 20 days .... i'll wait hopefully i hear something monday inchALLAH, good luck to you

You need to wait at least 2 weeks before sending anything again. There is a supervisor review trick thats in the first two posts of the monthly NVC filers threads.
