HI guys,

About the form G 325. I know that we need to fill them out. Both of us.

Well, my fiancé only has one form. ( he tried to call USCIS today but they were already close)

Well, I was thinking if we can do this?

1. He's going to scan the form, send to me by email and I'll fill them out and send it back to him?

2. OR I can download it anywhere. Print, scan and send it back to him with signature and date?

I don't know if G 325 are suppose to be unique form/ink that we can't copy or that it is downloadable for beneficiary that is living abroad.

So I know probably no one will want me to post this, but as an FYI I used scanned signatures in my petition and was planning for an RFE at the time I submitted. Turnes out, I never got one and my petition was approved. Additionally, I know of someone else who did this same thing as me and was approved about a month ago. It is always best to use original signatures however. Good luck with your petition!

It took three times to get my husband's G-325A from London! It kept getting lost in the mail. We finally did FedEx. It was expensive, but worth it to receive it in two days instead of 2 months.

Have your fiance send it to you via LBC. It takes 3 days and is a fraction of the cost of what FedEx charges.

I did the same thing for my husband's G325A last year, so it still works. I signed my (petitioner) name and in the same signature box I wrote "husband will sign at consulate'. USCIS accepted it without an RFE. A scanned signature would probably work too.

Hello. Everyone again.

So, we already filled out the questions in G 325A but still confuse with one field.
It is the File Number to the right of Citizenship/Nationality.
It says A.

I researched and some of them says put NONE. Some of them has answer(9 digits)
On our RFE letter we have

A 201..... something in 9 digits
EAC139..... something.

What does it mean? Did they gave us File Number before NOA2?
Because I read that you only get the Alien Registration Number when you get NOA2
Should I put the nine digit on the RFE starting with A on the File Number field?

Anyone with an Internet connection anywhere in the world (and a printer) can download the form from the USCIS website.

Does the beneficiary also sign the G-325 A ??

Each executes a 325a form and each signs it.

Hi everyone!

On the g 325 A question # 6, it asks to write the address where I've lived for more than a year outside the US. How or does this question also apply to my fiancee? Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

Your fiance just answers the question.
