OMG, damn, so it took nearly another 3 months since case completed to interview date now! IF I go by this rate, that would mean end of Sept for. Serously this is stressing me out... sad.png

I dunno - nolanbb got an interview date set yesterday. Take a look at his profile and timeline...

His CC was on 7 June, IIRC.

I think GUZ IV releasing slots is problematic as they be sharing slots with cgi stanley, there's an IV Unit move, and apparently the staffer doing slotting does not work there anymore and a new fella at GUZ IV seems inundated (conjecture) .

Ah. Turns out I kinda did the same thing: An overview of all the attachments in the body of the email. And I also included a "Personal Statement", signed and dated by me, providing a lot of personal information about my wife and me and details of our relationship that I hope will short-circuit questions about any touchy areas (for example, my wife and I have a pretty large age difference).

it's not a fillable form. The beneficiary will Just handwrite to the right of each line, and sign where the signature line is.

Sure. What I did with it -

I filled it all out for her, then printed in greyscale/b&w using cutepdf, making another pdf output file.

Then sent it to her via email.

She printed out the pages, signed, scanned and emailed back to me.

Perhaps you can take the same approach?

I created a word document with all of the requested information in the requested language(s), numbered as in the original, plus a title in exactly the same format as the original, and a signature and date line. I printed it out, had my wife sign and date it, then scanned it into PDF format.
