did some drilling around on the ustraveldocs site this evening, set up an account

and entered a bunch of data

and generated the visa packet delivery sheet (goes to a citic bank location in wuhan)

and emailed it to my wife...

IMO, you can get the visa packet delivery sheet any day before the interview...

So my wife have no prior marriage, my attorney told me that the marriage/birth certificate is already on file when applied thus no need in the email? but sound like I have to send this again, can I sent another email for that?

I meant to say marriage/birth certificate submitted with I-130...

Your attorney did not give you correct information, the NVC will require those items. If you opt for electronic processing, they can be scanned and emailed to the NVC.

September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Checked the NVC Online Payment portal circa 12:30 today - woop ! IV Fee Bill marked 'paid'. I was told that once it's marked paid, the IV set is in some other queue, so I am hoping that it'll get reviewed this week .

so, just curious, should I be calling NVC ever other day until its completed? The wait starts..... hopefully this go through quicker, I am already looking for air tickets in late July or early Aug........

Dear Sir/Madam:

We received electronic documentation for this case. Please allow up to 20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed.

IMPORTANT:
Do not let more than one year pass without contacting the NVC concerning this visa petition. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with the NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

As this case is processing electronically, all forms and documents must be sent via email as scanned attachments to NVCElectronic@state.gov. Sending physical documents to the NVC will delay the processing of your case.

subject line was the RE: on my IV set - so I know this means the IV set was detached from the email system and lobbed into the queue for review. Yay !
