Then i got the interview letter.All are in english.And don't say anywhere for medical exam.From your link.Should i go to 广东国际旅行卫生保健中心 for exam?Is this the only one in Guangzhou?How long before interview should i do it?And my interview date is November 25th.I was wondering if get approved ,How long can i get visa?Because my hubby already bought ticket for both of us one week after interview. That is December 3rd.We used points.Get free tickets.If don't reserve now.Tickets will go fast.Becuase it's near Christmas time.thanks alot.

05-23-2012 Got marriage certificate
08-08-2012 Sent to Chicago lockbox,CR1
08-16-2012 got text message and email.Keep waiting.No NOA1 hardcopy.So we called.
09-17-2012 about this time,got NOA1 hard copy.Priority day August 13th
04-01-2013 cool,NOA2 approved.We both very excited.

05-28-2013 After waiting for almost 2months,Just noticed The NOA2 is wrong.Called USCIS to correct it.

06-11-2013 NVC recieved

06-24-2013 GUZ casefile number assiged

06-25-2013 Pay AOS fee,DS-3032 OPTIN email sent

07-11-2013 OPTIN accepted,Got GZO number

07-15-2013 Got IV fee email

07-16-2013 Paid IV fee

07-19-2013 AOS set sent

07-22-2013 DS-230 IV set sent

08-10-2013 Checklist cover letter

08-13-2013 Sent back the correction AOS

09-25-2013 Checlist cover letter again.But said no need to send back to NVC.just correct it and take to Interview

09-26-2013 Got interview date. November 25th

Your attorney did not give you correct information, the NVC will require those items. If you opt for electronic processing, they can be scanned and emailed to the NVC.

re: 广东国际旅行卫生保健中心 Yup, that's the place. My wife went the day before the interview date, early in the morning, got results in the afternoon. Is no scheduling needed, just go. Some people go earlier than just 'the day before'.

re: - what to bring to IV Unit - you are EP case, so must to bring all things submitted into NVC, into the IV Unit. Plus the passport. Plus passport photos. Plus the medical exam. Plus any evidence you feel you need.

I not know of turn-around time from approval to visa packet issuance. Sorry. I only note - pay attention to Holiday days at the IV unit.

re: fee - there is another fee to pay , for green card issuance, paid through ELIS. We've an ELIS topic elsewhere, for what's what, where and how to pay, things to note and notice. Not need to pay it immediately, does not hinder entry into the USA at all.

Is there any link could teach how to prepare for interview? Like what to bring for interview,Or just follow the interview letter?
