The problem I don’t have any photos with my fiancée, I just have one photo of my 7 years daughter with my fiancée, I sent the plane tickets for this summer when I went with my daughter and my son . Do I have to spend $1300 just to go to take a photo with my fiancée or just send them the photo I have my fiancée, my sister and my fiancée?

I am so worried.

A photo together is not a requirement for the petition.

You are just guessing. Instead of guessing, wait and see what the RFE is for.

As stated you will just need to wait and see what they are looking for. It will most likely center around proof of you seeing each other within the last 2 years or proof that you are both free to marry. It wouldn't hurt and would be a good idea to eventually have some pictures of you with your fiance. I would suggest start working on those, as florida4life said - even by something like oovoo or Skype.

The good news here is at least you know they are looking at your file! Best of luck on your journey! star_smile.gif

In addition to plane tickets, I have read that passport stamps are a good deal sealer, because you can buy plane tickets and not use them, but when you enter a country you HAVEto get a stamped passport, so photograph/copy the passports of whoever visited the other this summer. :)
