Hey guys...

I have tax returns all ready to go. My question is, can I use the tax return printed off from TurboTax, or should I get the ones from the IRS sent to me?

Thank you in advance!!

You can use the tax return from turbo tax, but you must include the W2 with the tax returns.

If you get the tax transcripts from the IRS, you do not need to include a W2.

It is completely your choice which you want to use, both are acceptable.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

do we have to send all the pages of tax returns or the first page will be enough?

ALL pages and attachments and extra forms. EVERYTHING. You would never send just the first page, it tells them nothing.

Just get the free tax transcripts from IRS and bring in whatever they send you, that way you're sure to be all set and you don't need to bring in any extra forms.

It's easy to request it online, just do it for the past 3 years and you should receive them in about 2 weeks:

Ronn63,

I used my IRS Transcripts that was sent from the IRS (worked for us). On the flip side and I am sure anyone with half a brain knows they can download some tax software and place any numbers in there to make them look like Bill Gates $$$ and hit print... I'm sure they would NOT accept these as legit. Just my 3 cents.

God Bless

I would just get the tax transcripts from the IRS. Each one is 2-3 pages and you'll have them back in a week.
