I have really lost my patience and don't know what to do . I filed for. My moms 130 back in dec 2012 . It's 5 month and still no clue what's going one application is with MSC .... Called up ISO twice and they gave me some dates saying you can expect to hear done thing . The dates have passed and no Verdict so far.

Called up last week and now they have given me a date for next week saying that you can expect a hearing by this date.... I am eager but not too optimistic what wi happen after having given dates twice with no result....

Does the 130 approval depend on the work Lood of the local consulate ....

Any one from dec filing for parents still waiting

hi,

the waiting time is still in the normal time frame of 5 to 7 months. you need to be patient with immigration processes, they take time.

the consulate has nothing to do with this, the i130 is being processed at the Missouri Service Center.
