But you're all for enforcing the 2nd amendment, aren't you? Just pick and chose the ones that fit your point of view?

As the bill of rights does not reference individuals or enforcement actions for individuals but sets limitations on federal power how do you "enforce" limitation on government powers? To date this has, it appears, been the responsibility of the courts. There is your answer.

Refusal to enforce federal law is being played out in front of us in states like Ca/Co where the "lily white law law-abiding citizens" enjoy their medical pot and certainly in the area of immigration where there are more enforcement actions required than resources to address them. The 18th Ammendment is an early example of this however history, in spite of patriot's protests about the beauty of the clothing on the naked emperor, is full of such examples.

You think the gun issue is any different - when current law actually favors it and thus the discussion is about theoretical response to theoretical laws?

If so - you and patriot must be numb to the point of blindness and perfectly fall under the "pick and choose" category much more closely than I.

i don't get it.

The usage of ITAR as a pretense to restrict access to these files is ridiculous. This is not a critical military technology. In any case, it's also a counterproductive attempt to cram the toothpaste back into the tube. Shutting down the original source only means that more people will try to get it as there is a perceived future scarcity.

Just more proof gun nutters are not the lily white law abiding citizens they profess to be.

The Colorado state house today voted to approve SB13-241 , a bill that would legalize the farming and production of “industrial hemp” within the state. If signed into law, the bill would effectively nullify the unconstitutional federal ban on hemp production in Colorado.

Just more proof that libs could care less about drug use or drug abuse and the crime and violence that it leads to. BUT: Where is that huge "invasion force" that you speak so highly of rushing in to enforce federal law while "slaughtering" the people who oppose it?

Can i do a 3-D of my #######? Has anyone else tried it i bet that would look huge.

Of course you can - no special license required.

Do you already have the 3D image file prepared?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The Constitution is the Constitution. It should be enforced or if people don't like parts of it they should take the provisions it provides to change it. I figured you'd be arguing against the 15th amendment.

Yes, when the next airplane is hijacked using these printed guns, then we have finally achieved full liberty! Bravo!

wasn't the worst hijacking and mass murder in American history committed with box cutters and utility knives.

Your disdain and irrelevance for facts or even coherent statements never ceases to amaze me .

And handguns that escape detection in metal detectors are desirable why again? You short sighted gun nuts really never cease to amaze.
