ok i am filing k-1 packet, question 20 ask where your fiance will file. is this where the interview will take place ?? or where do i put where we would like interview to take place, because she is working abroad and doesnt want to fly back to philippines ,

also when i file the packet is everything in the packet times 4 with all documents. or is this not done no more ??

She can choose to have the interview in another country but she will need some documents from the Philippines like original birth certificate, NBI clearance, CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage), etc.

yes she can get all that from family members help, but is that what line 20 is for to request where to have it
