My I-129F petition has been approved dancin5hr.gif and sent to the consulate in Rio de Janeiro, but there is an error in the date of birth of the beneficiary (it's one year off). What do I do? It was my mistake... somehow I missed it when sending in the completed forms oops8rh.gif. Do they correct this in the interview? In the meantime I would like to send an email to the consulate inquiring if the petition has arrived and about the interview date. Should I use the wrong date of birth in the email because this is how the petition has been filed? helpsmilie.gif
