My grandmother petition my mom and aunt and they got approved already after 15 years.and the next step is filing affidavit of support 1864.my question is my grandmother has no income and never work in US But she only gets help in SSI everymonth. And never filed income tax becouse its very low income. Does she still need to fill up the affidavit of support without the income return. What income she will use,?Please help me!! ????

Just so you know, the USCIS expects all LPR and USC to have filed an income tax return every year or you need to point to the IRS code that allows you to not file and write an explaination of how that applies in your Grandmother's case. She will need to complete the I-864 and have a co-sponsor that meets the income requirements also complete an I-864. May I suggest that the co-sponsor use tax transcripts from the IRS instead of sending in a copy of the tax return as the USCIS wants a complete tax return whereas the tax transcipt is complete by itself.
