I'm only waiting on NVC to review my step sons AOS. and it's been 3 weeks. I called last night again and the woman operator put me on hold to check something. She asked if I used the new AOS forms, because they are working on the procedure for that NEW form!! I asked how much longer could that take and of course she doesn't know...

Such typical Government!!! THEY put the 'new' form on their website for us to download and use. Yet their staff aren't ready to review those forms!!!

Almost as bad as when the IMBRA Law was implemented. USCIS wasn't ready for that law either and wasted months of peoples lives.

So if anyone is sending in their AOS, I'd use the older forms that still work and won't slow it down. Who knows how long this will take them. So pissed off right now!!!

I agree completely, it's ridiculous!!

Hey all! Both packets sent from Caribbean overnight, arrived May 5th. Called last Friday and my 864 (USC) is under supervisor review since that day. Think I can start calling yet?? I want to hear CASE COMPLETE TOO!!! Wahhh LOL :) so add me to the list still waiting! On the other hand, at least I've memorized my case number, and I don't even need them to ask me anymore! :D

Oh wow! I just nearly had a heart attack!

NVC sent us a checklist for each of the cases BUT a false one, confirming our DS230 has been accepted :)

I really hope we don t get one for the AOS...

I see some of the posts here that their AOS pkt has been accepted. I have submitted AOS and DS230 and waiting for case complete. How do I know which one is accepted?

The better way you can know is calling to NVC, when did you send Aos and ds230?
