Hi guys,

We are planning to petition my mom this Fall. Question is: I am wondering if it's possible for me to petition my mom with my hubby as co-sponsor? I am currently a homemaker and hubby is the one with the job right now. What docs do we need to submit as proof of hubby's financial income?

Thank you in advance smile.png

Yes. Your husband is the secondary sponsor for the affidavit of support. If his income is below the poverty guidelines, you can ask for another family member in the US. Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for your reply noahsmama. We already checked and it goes above poverty guidelines so we should be good.
