Hi, friends! So we were approved last April 22. After a week, I sent an email to the NVC requesting for our Mnl Case number while my fiance called them and what's really frustrating is, until now, they don't have our papers. I was like, WHY?! Some people who were approved after us got their after a week. They said they don't have the petition yet. crying.gifcrying.gifcrying.gif

Until when we should wait for the case number? So sad here, please help!!!!!!

As far as I know they do it by batches, after it is approved the service center sends those approved petitions by batches to NVC just keep on contacting them you will have it soon. Dont stress yourself out too much and just prepare everything you need for medical, interview and CFO while waiting. You will have your case number very soon :) God bless

i suggest you verify with an ISO at USCIS that the approved I-129F went on to NVC and not go to NRC.

use a telephone. petitioner must to call, get ISO, and inquire.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Is your fiance' calling them every day? We got our NOA2 on April 26 and were able to get the case number yesterday evening. But I called twice a day every day at about 1:00 PM and again about 9:00 PM local time. Yesterday when I called they said the case file had just arrived that day but had not been assigned a case number. So when I called again yesterday evening at 9:00 a different person said the file had just arrived that day and a case number had been assigned. My fiancee' went to BPI on her lunch time and paid the fee and I was able to schedule the appointment already. Just be persistent on calling and checking on your case. Good luck

Huh?! How were you able to survive, sis? It's been 3 months tapos wala pa kayong NVC? Ano daw sabi ng NVC sa F mo?

I will tell my fiance about this. :( So stressful. I hope our case number will arrive soon.
