Hey all

Had my AOS interview yesterday in NYC. Obviously its only natural to be super nervous but it went well and was over in 15 minutes. The IO gave us a form saying we will hear from them in the future regarding the decision.

I checked online last night and it says "On May 8, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status."

Does this mean we have been approved?

Thank You

hey +Gannicus after how long was there an update between interview and approval

i hope so dude....but i have a feeling we will be called for a second interview....all the rest is up to God bro

Biometrics was done on 03/25/2013 and interview was Done 05/12/2013 less than two mths.

Chui:

Don't get too nervous on it. Maybe a second interview will actually be for your favor. You could explain more, and have more evidences by that time (such as photos...you were mentioning a week before your interview how you barely have any photos). Time to go to the pretty park, snap a couple photos. LOL :) Use your imagination and snap good photos to show more stuff. :) Plus if they lost those tax #######, get them, so that by the time your second interview is coming up (if it comes up at all) at least you have those too. Just prepare for some more stuff in case there'll be a second interview.

Good luck!

Gave us Notice of interview Results and it was marked the First one at the Top:"Your case is being held for review.

One more thing is they Had lost my Sponsors Tax records a well....i had a Copy and also she asked for my I-20.No i am so stressed out i Dont know whether i was approved or Not ,Dreading that we will have a 2nd Interview

After the interview was done the io told us she will review our case with her supervisor and we will hear something in 30 days!! This was almost 6 months ago. Still no update. And it seems that our case is under extended review. So I hope you will get approved soon!
