Best way to proof your relationship

Hi were preparing for filling petition my question is how to proof your relationship? What to put how many pictures and do i need to tell how we started? Do you have any format or example? And its ok to put it on the blank paper because are story is quite long? Thanks for advice in advance

The petition does not actually require you to prove your relationship only to prove that you have met iwthin 2 years of filing the petiion. This can be done by including passport stamps, plane tickets, hotel recipts, or other recipts from your trip. It is also nice to include a couple pictures in addition to the previously mentioned list. As for answering the question on the I129F asking you to detail your meeting I would go with short and sweet. They are only looking for the facts here.

Although it was not required, we've 'front load' all supporting docs and we were approved with no RFE. It sure will not hurt but make sure you'll only send copies of them as you'll need them at the interview stage.

Just keep the story as simple as possible. You don't have to prove how in love you are, just basic details on how you met. You can include a evolution or relationship letter, but simple and to the point is best. Think of it as a legal process and its more important to provide the evidence they ask for and complete the documents completely and correctly.

You don't have to include 600 pages of chats and emails, you don't want to weigh your application down with paper. I think I included maybe 20-30 pages of Skype chats. I included 9-12 photos and labeled them with the place taken and the date. Also included Boarding passes for the flights we took together as proof of having met.

I didn't want to make our application cumbersome to go through. Just kept everything minimal and made sure everything was labeled and organized very well. Also make sure everything is signed, especially make sure her signatures are originals.

That's the way I did it and we received our NOA2 with no requests for more evidence!

The one thing I wished I would have done differently is include the evolution or relationship letter. Some people say its good to have so when the consulate receives the package it gives them more details.

We sent pics of our trip there n here.. and pics with each others family's. . Only sent 10..

I sent text files from whatsapp. It was super long so only sent what would fit on one page.. for each month.. at time it was 13 pages max..

Did same for skype logs.. 13 max.. felt it was important to shows months covered. .

Didnt send emails.. but instead printed out the inbox listing of our hotmails.. hers and mine.

We sti had our boarding passes. Confirmation of plane tickets that matched boarding passes.. and passport stamps..

No phone logs.. since all was thru skype

Total pack was 160.. ps. Make a copy of all before sending

Hi thanks for your reply it helps a lot to me and right now. Btw what if his vacation 2 years ago here we didnt use hotel because we only stay at our own houses?

I would be planning another visit, the proof is the most important. Even plan to fly somewhere so you have the boarding passes, or train tickets with seats together with your names on it. You have to meet within 2 years, i would make sure you have proof of that.

Just send a copy of your complete passport and point out the relevent stamps, good luck!
