My husband just got done with interview. He was approved. Hope it wont take long to deliver his visa. :)

What were the questions and documents asked?

just common questions like who's d petitioner,my job, when did i last visit philippines. They only asked for his nbi,cemar and latest w2 and ITR. They didnt ask for new I864.

Congrats!

well it's just quite the same with everyone else who have been into interview. He went there around 6am. Waited in line. Did the fingerprinting and so on. The consul just asked him only a few questions like petitioners name and job. When did i last visit philippines. And who takes care of our son when i have work. He said it was really a quick interview. Youre having ur interview soon right? Goodluck!:)

8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!
