Hi - thanks in advance for any replies,

I'm the USC, fiancee is the beneficiary in the Philippines.

1. I got the NVC case number, she made the BPI payment and i just booked the appointment for her online. I was surprised how soon a date was available, they even had appointments for the 15th, but i picked May 20th. The case left the NVC on the 7th or 8th, is that enough time for the embassy to receive it?

2. I'll be booking flights for the medical etc tonight and she already received all the evidence i prepared just yesterday, so i think we're on-top of everything that needs doing, here's what we have prepared already:

Completed DS156, 156K, 157, 230pt1

Updated, Cenomar, NBI, passport and birth certificate

Prepared a photo album plus folders with emails, skype logs, skype screenshots incl. dates, photos&matching receipts from vacations, remittances, handwritten and postmarked love letters

Plane boarding passes from 2 vacations

Letters of attestment from my parents and best friend+family, some of her friends&family,
i134 + 3 W2's, 3 tax returns, letter from employer, letter from bank, bank statements, 5 payslips

BPI deposit slip+receipt

Updated letter of intent to marry, 1 from me, 1 from her

Copy of the entire i129 submission

Copy of NOA2

Appointment letter

Anything else she should take? I still have time to fedex if we forgot anything so i'm just asking to be double sure i have all the bases covered.

Oh, i just saw on the interview appointment confirmation it says

to bring "CEAC confirmation letter" - what is that?

Wow so excited!! Good luck to everyone with their process and thanks again for any replies

Looks like you got it all covered.....more than we took and we were approved fast.....the only thing I would offer is to join her if you could. That makes a big difference in my opinion.

CEAC stands for Consular Electronic Application Center. It's the DS 160 form which you fill it online. K visas (like me), don't need to fill this online form out. To see the form, go to http://www.ustraveld...asp#guidelines.
