Anyone have idea or link or been in this position.

It say in PenndotDMV that i can use international DL for a year.

Hey there

I live just outside Philly and when I moved here I was able to transfer my license to PA nearly right away. If you have a piece of mail with your address on it, you should be good to go. Did you get your SSN card yet? Im not sure about the license plate part though.

Welcome!

PA is 60 days to get PA license, 20 days to register vehicle from the day you establish residency.

http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/new_residents/motor_vehicle.shtml

It's 30 days for both in NY, and we went over that 30 days with no consequences. But if you get pulled over or get into an accident they could give you a hard time for it.

Make sure your 7501 form from POE has the make, model and VIN on it.
