Hello guys,

I am almost done and ready to send my package.

Here is my check list along with my cover letter.

Let me know what you think before I send it out :)

May 8th 2013,

Dear Sir/Madam,

This package is an immediate relative (spouse) family based adjustment of status application.

This petition is concurrently filed with the following US Immigration forms:

- I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)

- I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status)

o I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization)

o I-131 (Application for Travel Document).

Petitioner (U.S. Citizen): XXXXXX

Beneficiary (Alien Spouse): XXXXX

Please not that I am currently under a J-1 Visa issued in Paris, France and that I am NOT subject to the 2-year Home Residency Requirement – Section 212(E).

Kindly find the following documents enclosed in EXACT order:

I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

- Check for $420 (Filling fee for I-130)

- Cover letter including a description of the content

- Form I-130, petition for Alien relative dated and signed.

- Copy of petitioner’s full birth certificate (both sides)

- Copy of petitioner’s unexpired U.S. Passport (All pages)

- Copy of the intending immigrant’s birth certificate along with certified translation.

- Copy of the Alien spouse passport (All pages)

- Copy of Alien’s 2 forms DS-2019

- Certified copy of marriage certificate issued by the clerk’s office of Ventura, CA.

- Copy of the marriage certificate

- G-325A Filled out by the US Citizen, signed and dated

- One passport-type photo of the US Citizen (placed in a plastic bag).

- G-325A filled by the intending immigrant signed and dated.

- One passport-type photo of the intending immigrant (placed in a plastic bag attached to a sheet of paper).

- Evidence of a bonafide marriage:

o Full copy of our current lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence.

o Full copy of our past lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence from June 2012 to April 2013.

o Copy of our joint bank account statement

o Photographs labeled relating our relationship

o Prints.

I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

- Check for $1070 (Filling fee for I-485 + Biometric fees)

- Cover letter including a description of the content

- Form I-485 dated and signed

- Copy of Alien spouse (biographical page + entry stamps)

- Copy of the Alien spouse valid i-94 (front and back)

- Copy of the 2 forms DS-2019.

- Copy of the intending immigrant birth certificate along with a certified translation.

- Copy of marriage certificate

- G-325A filled by the intending immigrant, signed and dated

- Two passport-type photos of the non-US Citizen (placed in a plastic bag attached to a sheet of paper).

- I-693 Medical Examination (sealed envelope by the US Civil surgeon).

- Form I-864 filled by US Citizen petitioner and supporting documents:

o A letter of employer showing proof of employment and annual salary

o A copy of most recent individual Federal tax return including W-2.

o 3 last paystubs.

- Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

o Copy of valid I-94 (front and back).

o 2 passport photo-type

o Copy of passport biographical page and Visa.

- Form I-131, Application for Travel Document

o Copy of passport biographical page and Visa

o Copy of I-94 (front and back)

o Copy of forms DS-2019
