hmm.. so how do I start the process of doing it online? I had a friend that called Colombia for me asking how to get a report and they said she has to be here.. but my friend asked if theres any other way and told them I lived around San Francisco, CA USA. They gave us colombia consulate info. Then I called the SF # and she said she doesn't know and took down my name and number and said will call me tomorrow once she gets more info. seems so hard to get this paper

what i will like to do is to call directly to the policia nacional de colombia and talk to them im going to say that your wife is mi friend what do you think?
