I would suggest you read reread the guides, see the examples and look directly at the USCIS web site to assist you with this. So you are not adjusting status but filing a I130. If you are still having isues you might want to get professional assistance, as Pakistan can be harder than usual to accomplish this task. Good Luck.

You, as the US Citizen check box 1A ("I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative"). Even if you don't make enough money to provide for your husband, fill out your income and provide tax documents if you have them. You can also attach a letter from your employer stating your income and verifying your employment. Also fill out your assets even though you have another sponsor. Provide your bank account balance for the last few months instead of just the current balance.
