Rapid Visa and other services?

Do you think that services like rapid visa or other visa help services are worth the money? I am really afraid of doing something wrong because from what i understand even something that seems like a little mistake can get your papers denied or sent back. On the other hand i have heard that if you do it right spousal visa's (with correct paperwork) are rarely denied. is this true? or should I take the safe route and have rapid visa do it for me? This site is quite helpful and has all the information you need. Therefore, I think that it is not worth the money to use a visa service. Also, it seems that often the service causes more trouble than its worth.

I checked out the RapidVisa site. They cannot help you jump the line (processing will take as long as it takes) and they cannot help you put together your supporting documentation. They do not have any special "pull" with the government. All they can help you do is fill out your government forms based on information you supply to them anyway.

Continuing what speedwell said...these businesses provide a service that some people want, and do pay for. Some people who don't have the time, willingness, or ability to research and work with the process for themselves may want a service like this. I personally spent literally days worth of time reading up on the process, rules, problems other people had, etc. Most people do fine submitting paperwork on their own. It seems a lot to do at first, but gets easier the more time you spend on it. Now I can recite the I-130 process in my sleep. Paying a few hundred bucks may be worth it for you, to not have to think about this, maybe not.

If you have a complicated case (marriage/divorce complications, visa overstays or other prior visa violations, criminal history, beneficiary in a "high-fraud" country, you might want to think about getting a lawyer instead. Having said that, people even do the complicated stuff on their own, and your case most likely (even though you think your case is special, it's probably not) is the norm, and the question has been asked/answered here already.

I am from the Philippines & married to a US citizen. My husband submitted i-130 forms for immigration Aug. of 2013. We have not recieve any news up until now. My husband called up to your office hoping we could find an answer & maybe we could find some help.. but sad to say your staff who answered his call wasn't very friendly & he is rude. It is very disappointing. Hope you can find a solution to this. Thank you!
