So my fiance has been waiting for packet three for over a week now and still no packet. So Yesterday i sent an email to the consulate in Accra-Ghana to inquire and to set up a time to maybe pick up the packet. This morning they sent me a reply with this. The email was sent to ivdvaccra@state.gov. What should i do now?

Thank you for your email inquiry.

We wish to inform you that we do not discuss details of a case via email, mail or telephone. Only Consular Officers do at the time of the applicant’s interview. If there are any questions to be raised the applicant should bring it up at the next follow up interview.

letter in the mail arrived ---> 9/5/17
Interview Date ---> 10/05/17
Oath ---> 10/12/2017

Do you have case number from NVC? Try to check your status using this https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?
