I forgot the photos!!!

Hi everyone,

I mailed out my documents to KCC on Monday and realized afterwards that I had forgotten to attach my photos. Do you have any ideas how I can fix this? Should I mail a new set of documents with my photos? I was so sure I had everything in the envelope and looks like I didn't. I did email KCC but have yet to hear from them. They should receive the documents tomorrow.

I think you can send them with a letter explaining the situation, just make sure your case number is on the back of the photos.

You got a confirmation letter of your selection correct? It shows you what to write when addressing them I believe. It's something like:

Case Number:

Principal Applicant Name:

Preference Category:

Foreign State Chargeability:

Post:

Also make sure your case number is marked clearly on the right hand corner.

Just print out another copy of the barcode page and send it with the photos (and there are instructions somewhere on dv site for what to write on the back of the photos)

Please confirm about sending the missed documents. There might be chance to regret the documents if the details duplicated. Here is the number to confirm

So I just called KCC and they said its fine to mail separately as long as I attach all the information (hence the barcode sheet). Thank you again for such quick response! I almost freaked out today haha

Just to make sure, I just had to mail the DSP-122 form, the DS-230 part 1 and 2 and two (2) photographs right?
