Hi, guys!! in form I 765 in number 16. It says eligibility category? what should I use? I entered with a K1 visa.. which is a(6) I saw the example form here in visa journey but they used c9 which is for C 9 that says adjustment applicant who are required to pay.

I entered with a k1 visa but i got married already, so I'm confused :s

which one should I use?

C9. It is free when filed in conjuction with I-485. C9 gets you one good for a year.
