Children at interview

Can anyone please tell me if children are allowed at the interview just incase the interviewer want to have a word with them since they are my fiance step-kids, i am concerned about that because i dont want to leave them at home and should it be in a case that the interviewer wants to know the relationship the kids and their step-father are having. Another answer i am seeking is: How long would it take for me to get a police certificate/record if i go about it next week? All answers are very much appreciated.

I'm not sure about bringing the children to the interview you could email the embassy and ask. the police report I think it takes up to 20 days regular service and 5 to 7 if done express. Good luck

How old are the kids? Will they be getting visas too or staying abroad?

I wouldn;t bring them unless you have to- you may be standing in a long line for hours, and be in a stuffy waitingroom. bringing them will be stressful both for them and you.

Yes children are allowed I attended with my 1yr old son to my spouses interview and for the police report you can pay for express and it's 5-7 days to receive it express

You are filing to bring the children with you to the US, they have to be at the interview.

Thanks to you all for responding i really appreciate it, the kids will be getting their visa because they will be going to the U.S with me
