Hi,

My cousin is a US Citizen and he sent sponser for my mom and dad (age 45 and 49 ) for tourist visa...

He is nephew of my mom.....

My father is Government Employee from last 23 yrs and still have remaining 11 yrs in retirement..

have sufficient Funds, documents etc

Planning for 1 month trip

My Cousin is employee at Aerospace - The Boeing Company And have sponsored for her mother in law recently and she is in US nowadays

any possibilities of getting Visa ..

Visitor visas do not need- in fact, cannot have- a sponsor. If you like, you can write a letter saying they will stay with you, that you will pay for their flights etc, but it won;t have much influence. Your bio parents need to apply for the visitor visa themselves, and show strong ties to their home country.
