Hi all vj members..

I have a question regarding affidavit of support ( I-134 form ) question number 8 and 11..

He have been supporting us (our daughter) ever since in full support.

in question number 8, do he have to put us ( me and our daughter) on that in WHOLLY? even though

we are not yet in the US? because he's been supporting us.

and in number 11 if he put I INTEND, what should he put on the blank?

I have read the example form here of I-134 but we are still wondering about that two questions.

please help us coz he will send the papers to me tomorrow and he needs to fill out them tonight.

please help! Thanks!

♥♥God gave you to me. I asked Him why, He said, “Because he can fill your life like no one else can.” ♥♥I love you and I really miss you so much luv!♥♥Hope to be with you soon and have a happy family!♥♥

It would probably help if you wrote the exact wording of the question, so people don;t have to go look it up :)

No need to put your name on #8. That is for other dependent(s).

Is your daughter coming with you on K2?

If yes, her name should be in #3 ("Name of spouse and children accompanying or following..."

If no, you can put her name on #8.

For #11, your fiance can write. "I will marry (your name) and she will be living in my house with me." Something like that. :)

Good luck!

yes she is coming with me (K1-holder)

I believe we need separate I-134 from my Fiance because our daughter will apply k2 visa..

I was confused because I ask also in FB group and got a reply that my k2 will be put in question #8 and choose wholly..

and I am in Partial because we are not yet married.

others say that my fiance does not need to put our name on #8 because we are not in his dependents in tax (he does not have any - single only)

others say that only our child's name will put on #8 because it's her bio daughter and been supporting since baby until now..

I am so confused and I do not know what to say to my fiance. what should we put on that..

Then your fiance do not need to fill out #8. Just put "None". This part is for petitioners who have kids from previous relationship, supporting parents/siblings, etc.

If your daughter is your fiance's then shouldn't you be applying for CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) so your daughter is automatically a US citizen and will be traveling to US with a US passport?

Our daughter is not eligible for crba because my fiance was naturalized 1.5 yrs ago..

Okay I will tell him to put NONE.. Thank you redvelvet for your help :)
