I got me NVC notice it says its own the way to the embassy. Do i have to wait for packet 3 to start MEDICAL and schedule a interview?

Packet 3 will come from the embassy soon after NVC transfers your petition to them. They sent ours by email to the I-129f petitioner (not the beneficiary) three days after they received our petition.

You will not be able to schedule the interview until you get the "packet 3" email because there is some information contained in the email that you will need when applying for an interview through the on-line system.

You MAY be able to schedule the medical before packet 3 arrives. The only way to know is by calling the medical center directly and asking them if you can schedule an appointment. Keep in mind that once the K-1 visa is issued, it will expire exactly 6 months after the date of the medical exam.

Like I mentioned above, the wait for packet 3 is a short wait. Give them 10 - 14 days, then send an email to the embassy in Seoul if you have not received packet 3 yet.
